Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds
Refunds are available only if the item you received was incorrect or arrived damaged. To process a refund, please send us an email at support@pulvee.com with your order number and photos showing the problem. Our team will review your request, and if approved, we’ll work to get your refund processed as quickly as possible.
Sizing and Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. We encourage you to check the sizing charts provided in each product’s description to ensure the best fit. In rare cases where an item is mislabeled, please let us know within 3 days after receiving it. Send an email to support@pulvee.com with your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. If you encounter an issue with your order, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us within one week of receiving the product at support@pulvee.com. We’re here to help resolve any issues!
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
